Elite Phone Repair – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Elite Phone Repair (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, in-store services, or CRM system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Elite Phone Repair provides:

  • Mobile device repair (phones, tablets, computers, gaming consoles)

  • Device diagnostics

  • Sale of accessories and devices

  • Customer communication via SMS, email, and phone

  • CRM-based service tracking and updates

3. No Guarantee of Repair

While we strive to successfully repair all devices:

  • We do not guarantee that every device can be repaired

  • Some repairs may result in additional issues due to pre-existing damage

  • Data loss may occur during repair

You agree that you are responsible for backing up your data before service.

4. Device Condition & Liability

By submitting your device:

  • You confirm the device is not stolen

  • You authorize us to perform agreed services

  • You acknowledge risk of further damage during repair attempts

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Loss of data

  • Damage caused by third-party parts already installed

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

  • Deposits may be required for certain repairs

  • Unclaimed devices after [30–60 days] may be considered abandoned and disposed of or resold

6. Warranty Disclaimer

We may offer limited warranties on certain repairs. However:

  • Warranties do not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse

  • Warranty terms will be stated at time of service

7. Communication Consent

By using our services, you agree to receive communications related to:

  • Service updates

  • Repair status

  • Appointment reminders

  • Invoices and receipts

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for illegal purposes

  • Provide false or misleading information

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Loss of data, profits, or business
